Guest will be backing out into this street, use caution with passing vehicles.

Candles inside the house are prohibited. * Owners are not responsible for vandalizing or stolen guests properties while on Airbnb property. Guest must secure their property while on Magnolia Cottage property. *The property shall not be used for any illegal activity. * No Permanent Residence. You agree that your use of the Property is on a temporary and transient basis only.

Beautiful cottage, great location, owners were available and very communicative and accessible, they even allowed us to celebrate a small wedding ceremony at the cottage, beyond grateful to them. We felt at home since the first day. Thank you.
